28 DECEMBER - 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY & NEWS
I haven't updated this website in like forever, but I thought now was the right time to do it. A lot of things have changed since the last update; my (now) former co-worker, David Winsnes, is no longer a part of the business due to circumstances beyond my control. I took over some of David's artists and bands. Spring 2013 will be busy, just like spring this year. Both Dorena will be out on the road for nearly a month, Sameblod will release new material and will be touring around that, and the same goes for the new roster additions Colleagues and Death in the Afternoon, aswell as for Summer Heart.
Jakob's drummer, Jason, had a horrible accident in his kitchen, where he nearly lost two fingers. Therefor, the band's planned tour for March and April 2013 will be postponed to later in 2013.
When I was on tour with If These Trees Could Talk back in April this year, the band headlined the oh-so-amazing Dunk! Festival in Belgium where I met my old friends in This Will Destroy You (whom I had promoted one of the shows in Sweden for on their first European tour back in 2008). After sharing a couple of beers, guitarist Chris asked me if I would be interested in booking his new project, called Symbol, in Europe. Once If These Trees Could Talk's tour was finished we finally agreed on working together and this guy will also be doing some touring in Spring 2013.
Also, in the spring of 2013 a new club in Gothenburg will be born. Klubb It's Ok will take place once a month between February and May. More news to follow!
